Argento — Alfa GTV Print
A silver Alfa Romeo GTV on an Italian piazza. Some designs never age.
There’s a reason people still stop when an old Alfa walks by.
This silver GTV was sitting on the stone piazza in Lido di Jesolo like it had been there since it rolled off the Bertone production line. Quad headlights, V-shaped grille, long hood, fastback roofline. Every proportion exactly right in a way that modern designers still study and can’t quite replicate.
Shot in natural light on an overcast Italian morning — the silver paint does exactly what silver paint on an old Alfa is supposed to do. It glows without trying.
For the wall of anyone who believes they stopped making truly beautiful cars somewhere around 1974.
